What is the maximum weight a stairlift can carry?
Our standard range of stairlifts have weight limits up to 136kg (21 ½ stone). Our range of heavy duty stairlifts are suitable for all staircase types with weight limits up to 190kg (30 stone).

Heavy Duty Curved Stairlifts
Otolift 2 Heavy Duty Stairlift – Weight Capacity 150kg (23 ½ stone)
The Otolift 2 stairlift is suitable for curved or very narrow stairs. The standard Otolift 2 has a weight limit of 130kg (20.4 stone). The heavy duty model has a wider seat and weight limit of 150kg (23.6 stone).
